Before returning your jewellery for assessment, please read our Care & Warranty Terms. Then download and complete a Returns form and send it together with the jewellery to the address on the form. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery so that the packet is tracked and insured.

Fresh tail hair will be required for any rebraiding/reweaving. See here for hair quantity and length requirements.
